Add the possibility to share settings, personnal whitelist and blacklist amongst several suricate installations owned by the same user.
Enhance user interface, mainly adding a popup window indicating when the central site becomes offline or online.
Give the possibility to modify user settings from the website
Add new filtering criterias : surf duration, date/time, ...

This should be the main requirements for 2.x series
